Our offices are open Mondays through Fridays from 8 am to 4 pm. Our Service Department is always available to assist you and to book your service calls. Our staff endeavours to resolve all issues in a timely fashion.

Dispatching our trucks is our priority when aiming to meet our scheduled appointments. Although there are some cases of delays due to unforseen factors, traffic congestion and delays at previous job sites, you can expect our open communication to keep you informed of any relevant updates.

Emergency & After-Hours Service

For after-hour service and emergency calls, you can contact our On-Call Technician via telephone at 905.561.2715, follow the prompt, and we will dispatch someone immediately to handle the problem on your premises.

Remote Support

The service team will direct customers on how to use the Remote Support service to connect to customer systems if there is a relevant issue.
